Kerriann Killinger

Kerriann Killinger has been employed at Dickinson Group since 2005, her current position held is Manager of Administrative Services. With over a decade of experience she has advanced within the company, gaining knowledge throughout each department with a desire to not only learn and perfect her chosen profession but to teach and share her knowledge with her fellow employees. She has initiated and collaborated with fellow employees in concert with our software developers to advance many of the improved resources we utilize in Administration today. In addition to her manager roles, Kerriann has trained all new hires, created detailed training tools and guides, works directly with Fund Council and Trustees to ensure all current benefit guidelines and requirements are not only adhered to but conveyed throughout all daily interactions with members. Her direct work with clients, fund employers and members has resulted in operational efficiency, multi department collaboration and unmatched service.
