Jack Jenkins

Mr. Jenkins offers a wealth of call center and managed health care experience of more than (22) years. In his 13 years of employment at a large national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Mr. Jenkins held various positions, including Supervisor of Claims, Manager of PPO Customer Service, Manager of PPO Provider Service and Director of Operational Support.
In his capacity as Manager of Customer Service, he allocates professional services and communications to clients, members and providers. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Long Island University-Brookville where he received his Accelerated B.A. in Sociology/Gerontology/M.P.A in Health Administration. Mr. Jenkins demonstrates an exceptional concern for member and client needs, and a dedication towards resolving issues. Most importantly, he assures the service team maintains the highest level of professionalism, quality service, promptness, clients’ guidelines, members’ privacy, and healthcare policies and procedures; which are the requirements and expectations of those we are honored to service each day.
